Customer responsible for deinstall of all equipment.  Estimates available upon request.

Auctioneer reserves the right to pull any bit items from auction at any time.

Auctioneer reserves the right to resolve any conflicts at their discretion.

Any bid item left after 4pm EST 8/7/20 (FL) and 4PM EST 8/14/20 (TX and CT) will be forfeited and offered to the next highest bidder.

Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any winning bid for any reason.

Removal Policy

Winning bid items must be picked up on assigned removal date.

Deinstall up to buyer, moved to loading dock by auctioneer personnel.

Deinstall/Reinstall services available through 3rd party.  Call Sam O'Rear 205-704-3430 for contact information.

August 12-14 - Dallas, TX and Connecticut

By appointment only

Payment

Due 48 hours after bid accepted or bid item will be offered to the next highest bidder.

Wire required for purchases over $1000, wire transfer only.

Credit cards accepted for purchases under $999.99.  2% processing fee applies.

Sales tax unless you have resellers Tax ID before pickup.

FL sales tax for items from FL. TX sales tax for items from TX.  CT sales tax for items from CT.

Tax exempt if out of state 3rd party carrier to deliver purchase.

No additional buyer premium.  Buyer premium included with winning bid amount.
